Artisan Cardigan PopUp

This week we will be featuring a popup showcasing beautiful cardigans and sweaters made by Andrea. The one of a kind cardigans are hand-knit using our Rift Valley Wool yarn – cozy and perfect for layering. They are sized to generally fit women’s sizes 10 -16, mostly freeform without buttons and in a modern cropped style.

Join us from 11am to 12:30pm on Saturday the 20th for a special meet and greet with the artist herself!

Cardigans featured in our showroom from the 20th to the 27th November, open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am – 5pm and Saturday from 11am – 4pm.
Location: This event will be held at Acacia House, here is a pin to our location: Google Maps. We are located on Farasi Lane, just off Ngecha Road and behind Kabete Junior Academy.

About the artist:
Andrea is the granddaughter of a prolific knitter and learned some knitting in school, but only picked it up again at the end of 2019 – just in time, as it turns out, for a global plague. The curfew and the discovery of K-drama (Korean series) on Netflix then acted as a catalyst in the exploration of stripes, bobbles and combinations of both. Andrea believes in the power of layering and cardis to deal with Nairobi weather. When not knitting, Andrea writes political and economic risk analysis. Whether knitting or not, she enjoys hanging out with her little dog friend Cuba.
