During pregnancy, you want to stay in shape and do what is best for you and your baby. Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to do both. In our go-go-go world, yoga offers a much-needed opportunity to slow down and connect with your baby and with your body as it transforms. Whether you are new to yoga or are already an experienced practitioner, you can enjoy the many benefits of yoga during pregnancy.
Join Nancy for a prenatal yoga practice. She has practiced yoga for 10 years and taught for 3 years. As a certified multi-style yoga teacher, her yoga styles include Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Yin, Pranayama, meditation and Thai yoga massage. Each session is tailor made to suit all levels of experience. Nancy’s aim is to help you find your inner bliss!
Classes will be held outdoors on the grass, woven mats and khangas will be available to borrow, or bring your own yoga mat.
Class Fee: 1,200/- per person, please pay directly to the teacher on arrival.
