In this session, you will learn to tune into the living essence of your writing — which Tara calls the “spirit” or “life force” of a creation. This energy has its own qualities, timing, and wisdom, and when consciously connected with, it can offer profound guidance and support. Rather than writing from pressure or perfectionism, Tara teaches how to write with the soul of the message, with intuition, with emotional truth.

About your teacher:
Tara Jackson is an embodied business and creation coach and guide for leaders, changemakers and heart-soul-centred entrepreneurs. She supports her clients to clear and release blocks to business impact and success through ancestral healing, regression work, and colour therapy. She also guides them to create and co-create in alignment with the seasons and rhythms of nature.

Tara is the author of four books (with another out later this year) and creator of an oracle deck, all of which were co-created with the spirit and energies of them. Her approach reminds us that we are never creating alone — and that when we listen, the soul of our writing will always show us the way.
