Finally, write your book!

18 April @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

Many people feel the pull to write a book.
But the real shift happens before the book exists.
It happens when you start relating to yourself as the author of it.

This two hour experiential workshop is about stepping into that identity.
Not the fantasy of being an author one day or the pressure of producing a manuscript.
The lived identity of the person who is here to write a particular book.

During this workshop we will explore the relationship between three things:

  • The author you are
  • The book that wants to be written through you
  • The life you are living while it comes into form

Through guided reflection, embodiment practices, and creative exercises, you will connect more directly with the identity of the author that you are (that lives inside you), the book that is emerging through you and the voice that carries it.

This is not about outlining chapters. It is about aligning with the deeper creative impulse that writes the book in the first place.

By the end of the session you will have:

  • Connected more clearly with the book you feel called to write
  • Explored the identity of the author behind the work
  • Experienced practices that unlock your creative voice
  • Gained insight into the direction and essence of your book

There will also be a little space at the end for conversation and questions for those who are curious about the writing and/or embodied partnership publishing process.

This workshop is for you if you know there is a book inside you and you are ready to start showing up as the person who writes it. No finished idea or writing experience required. Just the sense that a book is waiting for you to say ‘yes’ to writing it.
