Intro to Sourdough Bread

Keen to learn more about the magic of sourdough baking? Join us for this intro class which will cover the basics of keeping a sourdough starter, baking bread and the health benefits and history of this ancient art. You’ll also have the opportunity to taste test a few bites of bread, baked after different stages of fermentation. After the class, we will have our bread kits available for purchase.
Bring your own jar and for 250/- we will share a sourdough starter for you to begin your journey!
