How to tend and calm your limbic system
Get ready to build the foundation of wellness in this four-part course that teaches you how to calm your limbic system — the seat of emotions and memory.
On 2nd February and 23rd February, Vered the “Crazy to Calm Coach” will help you establish small shifts to create lasting change. You’ll develop two anchor habits that bring in more calm; understand how to manage the limbic system’s stress-calm seesaw; explore five categories of limbic calming; and learn related body-based techniques to love that limbic system!
Join Ketan Ram on 9th February and 16th February to learn a breathing and Qi Gong practice that will help transform your reactionary tendencies to responsive actions. This shift will also soften your limbic system and help you regulate emotions.
