Kirathi: Jewelry and Poetry

Kirathi is a space curated to explore intuitive creation through performance art and KRAFTING.

This month’s class combines a brass wire wrapping jewellery workshop and a theatrical poetry performance by Muthoni ni Mimi centered around the act of being and grieving.

During the workshop we will first create pendants with rock and glass beads, explore wire wrapping in brass , and of course share hot tea …. it is June after all.

Part two of the event will feature a live performance by Muthoni Ni Mimi, while we continue to create jewellery pieces from the pendants we’ve made. All pieces you make will be yours to take home.
