Henna Hours Boutique

A space where you will learn about the art of henna, practice with a cone and experience the grounding aspect of henna. Feel how the henna flows out of the cone, onto the page, all the while, exploring how to
create designs.
This is not a structured course, instead, it is free-flowing, allowing the clients to indulge in their journey and exploration. During these sessions, many clients even experiment with henna onto skin – releasing all inhibitions of what it would look like!

About your teacher:
Tanya Vyas is the artist behind The Henna Boutique and has over 10 years’ experience with henna. During this time, she has worked towards developing her style, which is heavily influenced by the traditional Indian style of intricate designs and intertwined with sprinklings of tribal elements.
Her inspiration is mother nature. Her latest campaign ‘Henna has no borders’ features people from all walks of life, with any background too, to show that henna truly has no borders – anyone and everyone can have it, regardless of race, creed, gender, trans …. whoever you are, you can have henna!
Tanya aims to use henna as a grounding tool, intertwining mindful visualisations into the experience to
celebrate who we really are. It is an accessory to your personality, outfit, just for fun, or for an event, it’s up to you and you’re allowed to celebrate you! Her campaign has also been featured on the BBC.
