2 August @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Heart Writing
A workshop to tend, listen, and write from the wisdom of your heart.

Re-connect with your heart, release what feels heavy, and let your heart’s quiet wisdom speak through words.

In these tender, tumultuous times, it’s easy for our hearts to become weighed down. To feel stretched, hardened, or simply left behind as we try to keep up with everything happening around us. This workshop is an invitation to pause. To come home to your own heart.

Together, we will create a soft, spacious sanctuary: a space where your heart can be felt, held, and honoured. We’ll begin by gently tending to the heart, feeling its pulse, its energy, its quiet knowing. We may pull oracle cards.

You’ll be guided through a powerful practice to soften and release anything your heart may be carrying — grief, tightness, unspoken words, unexpressed dreams — letting it all begin to flow.

And then, from this place of connection and ease, you’ll be invited to write, with a number of prompts.
Not from your head. Not to produce or perfect.
But simply to let your heart speak. Perhaps it wants to write what it’s feeling. Maybe it has something to release. Perhaps it surprises you with a vision, a prayer, a poem, a story.

There are no rules. No right way. Just you, your heart, and the page.

This is about remembering the creative power that lives within you and letting your own wisdom guide the words.

You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more attuned to your heart’s wisdom and quiet strength.

This workshop is for you if:
• You feel called to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
• Your heart feels tender and needs some space to be heard.
• You long to create, but don’t know where to start — or what wants to come through you.
• You want to feel more deeply connected to your own wisdom and creative spirit.

You don’t need to be “good at writing.”
All you need is your presence and a willingness to listen deeply within.

💌 Bring: a notebook or journal, and a pen you love.
