Gentle Yoga

Join Eve for a gentle yet intentional style of yoga that blends asana, pranayama, and meditation. Her classes focus on building strength, mobility, and relaxation while encouraging students to move with awareness and ease. She offers thoughtful modifications, making sessions suitable for beginners as well as those with an established practice. The goal is for students to leave feeling grounded, energized, and more connected to themselves.

Eve is a certified yoga instructor with training from Kanga Studio under senior teachers from Rishikesh, India. She has over 150 hours of teacher training and experience guiding students through mindful, accessible practices that support both physical strength and mental clarity. Her teaching is grounded in breath awareness, alignment, and creating a calm, welcoming space for all bodies and levels.

Class Fee: 1,200/- per person, please pay directly to the teacher on arrival.

Classes will be held in the garden at Provisions Kenya. We are located at 3.2 Farasi Lane, just off Ngecha Road and behind Kabete Junior Academy.
