Our time together will be a blend of knowledge sharing, group discussion, body-based practices, and nature-connected experiences, all held within the tranquil garden.
At the end of our group, you will have:
– A clearer connection with your own “health and wellbeing ecosystem”;
– A deeper understanding of Find Your Wild;
– A unique experience of connecting with others and feeling a sense of belonging;
– Evidence based practices to integrate into your everyday life.
Your Guide
Jess Brainch is an internationally accredited Psychologist with 20+ years’ experience in practice, project development and research. Jess brings a deeply holistic approach to health and wellbeing and knows the importance of creating safe, natural, intentional and healing spaces to explore what we need. Drawing from psychology, Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing, equine assisted therapy, Internal Arts, Ayurveda and nature-based practices, Jess has created a systemic mind-body-environment framework for long term health and wellbeing. Through Find Your Wild,
Jess guides individuals and groups to build their own wellbeing “ecosystem” – a wrap around understanding of their needs and the practices that support them. Her process is structured, integrative, immersive and co-facilitated with the natural world. Raised in Kenya and shaped by her own health journey, Jess brings lived experience, warmth, and a deep respect for the unique constitution each person holds.
In her practice, Jess offers individual sessions and group experiences, online, in person as well as in natural, wild spaces.
