Embodied Regression Session

Regression work can be powerful for healing issues, triggers, things that might be rising. It can be anything from fears, to beliefs, to anything that you want to get to the root cause of. By regressing into it, in this lifetime and others, you can begin to understand why you might be carrying it still. You can then either re-write is, or acknowledge it to release it, heal it, and let it go.
Colour is also a wonderful tool to understand more about what might be going on inside at a subconscious level, as each colour is a mirror for particular issues, and also certain colours can link to past lives in different time periods.
This workshop will tap into both the power of regression work, and colour (using art journaling) from a spiritual colour psychology perspective (from the Colour Mirrors system), to release something that is rising for you right now.
The session will begin with a guided visualisation to connect to the issue that is rising for you. You will connect to it in your body and get to know it from this perspective.
There will then be some space to connect to it using the power of colour and some creative practices, which will support you to move through what is rising, using art journaling.
Each participant will also learn more about the spiritual colour psychology of what you bring to the paper in your art journaling, so that you have a better understanding of it from this perspective. This includes the qualities associated with colours you use and possible past life connections.
The session will then go further into the issue and what came through from the art journaling, with a regression visualisation into childhood and a past life to connect with what was rising on a deeper level to re-write and/or heal and release it.

About your teacher:
