Beginner Pottery Class

Making your own pottery provides powerful mental, physical, and creative benefits, including stress reduction, improved focus, and enhanced hand strength. Join Joshua for an introduction to pottery through wheelthrowing and handbuilding techniques. The class is a beginner session, and intermediate students are welcome as well to join so as to sharpen their skills.

About your teacher:
Meet Joshua, a ceramicist whose hands seem to hold a magical connection with clay. He finds joy in transforming simple earth into beautiful, functional art whether it’s a delicate teacup that feels just right in your hands or a beautiful vase that adds aesthetics to space.
He doesn’t only teach techniques, but shares deep love for the art form, guiding students with patience. Whether you’re a complete beginner fumbling with your first pot or an experienced Potter looking to refine your skills, Joshua believes everyone has an artist within them. Seeing students faces light up with pride as they pull their own unique creations is what fuels his dedication.
