Beginner Sewing Class

Join us for this fun sewing experience – it’s a fully guided session where you get to use a sewing machine to make a handy little pouch to take home! Whether you’ve always been curious about sewing using a machine, or are just keen for a new creative experience, this session is for you! There is absolutely no prior experience required. All sewing material (pun intended) provided. Ticket price: 5,000/- per person which includes a bite and a beverage.
The session will be facilitated by Rohini Desai, an accomplished and award winning quilter. She’s also an accredited quilt teacher who started teaching in 2014 not only quilting but sewing small utility items. At her hands you’ll not only make something beautiful but learn a lot too! In Stitches will be supplying the bernette machines used in this class. Based in Sarit, this colorful shop is Nairobi’s favorite option for quality sewing machines and supplies.
